Newsletter 1 NATIONWIDE UNDER 19 INTERNATIONAL - ENGLAND V TURKEY Wednesday 21 March 2007 at the Keepmoat Stadium - Doncaster. We have 50 tickets to give away for this game - if you would like any can you please see Shirley. TRAINING The last date for training at Herringthorpe will be Monday 19th March. We shall then go back to Thursdays for training as Silverwood Miners Welfare and the first date for that will be Thursday 29th March at 6:00pm PRESENTATION NIGHT The annual Presentation night will be on Friday 4th May 2007 at Silverwood Miners Welfare and the doors will be open at 7:00pm. Tickets will be on sale for adults at £1.50 each, for all players and other children it will be free. We Shall once again be asking parents to provide the buffet and we will let you know what is required before the event. Do you know anyone who would like to donate something for raffle prizes, ask your bosses, neighbours etc. Anything will be most welcome. SUBSCRIPTION Will you all make sure that your subscriptions are up to date please, this money is used for ground rents, referees, kit and, of course, the presentation night amongst other things. RED PEPPER For all of you who are going to the Red Pepper on Saturday 17th March, the timing is 7:30pm for 8:00pm. There is a bar on the ground floor where we can all meet.

KITS AND TRACK SUITS All your kits and track suits are the property of the Club, so please take care with them and I must remind you that apart from fair wear and tear anything lost must be replaced by the player. At the end of the season any player leaving the club must hand in their kits and track suits to their relevant manager. UNDER 15 TEAM The Under 15s have reached the Cup Final and this will be played on the 28 April 2007. I will get directions to the ground for anyone who would like to give them their support. HAMPERS One of the mothers normally puts together a food hamper for one of the raffle prizes for the Presentation Night. If anyone has got anything that could be put in the hamper could you please let your Manager have it. WEB SITE Rotherham Town Girls JFC has now got a website, courtesy of Andy Khan. The website address is www.rotherhamtowngirlsjfc.tk and if anybody has anything they would like to put on this web site could they, for the time being, please e-mail pollock_shirley@yahoo.co.uk and I will then forward it on. I am afraid that this has to be done to make sure we know what is being sent. (Child Protection). Once the website gets going properly then I will give you the Webmaster’s address. SUMMER TOURNAMENTS Your Managers have now got a list of the Summer Tournaments and they will have to decide which ones they would like to enter. Please keep in touch with them and let them know if you are available.
